Salary Range: $57,223 - $93,992
The City of Richmond is seeking an Assistant City Attorney to advise its Department of Public Utilities on legal issues primarily involving the City’s water, wastewater, and storm water utilities and to handle assignments involving other City utilities as needed. The position focuses on contractual, real estate, and State and Federal regulatory issues, which include environmental, safety and public health matters, and related subjects. Each successful candidate must be a member of the Virginia State Bar or eligible for immediate admission. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
