Ms. Bebel, Assistant Director at CSR, came to the Center in 2004 with 16 years of experience in survey research at Northern Illinois University’s Public Opinion Laboratory. As Director of Field Operations there, she was involved in all phases of project development and execution for local, state and national studies covering a wide range of topics and methodologies. She has focused her work on data quality issues, including effective question design, sampling and interviewer training.

Dustin Cable is a policy researcher and statistician for the Demographics & Workforce Group where he conducts analysis and research at the intersection of demographics, public policy, and politics. Dustin brings considerable experience in policy analysis, statistical methods, data management and design, survey methods, data simulation, forecasting, and visualization techniques. Much of his work in political analysis and policy research has garnered state and national recognition.

As Development and Events Coordinator, Rachel is responsible for the logistical arrangements for all Sorensen Institute programs and special events. She also provides support in the area of development, helping with donor stewardship and cultivation. Before coming to Sorensen, Rachel oversaw the publications section of the National Drug Court Institute in Alexandria, Virginia. She is a 2005 graduate of the College of William and Mary, where she studied Government and Religion. She is also a graduate of the College Leaders Program Class of 2005.
