The Institute can help you, your staff, and your elected officials
in several ways. We develop our services in response to the needs of
Virginia local governments. Services can be designed on a statewide
basis, for several localities in a particular region, for single
locality, or for professional associations.

Applied Research
In-depth studies on issues that impact local government
Survey Research
Surveys for local governments and state agencies carried out by the Center for Survey Research
(CSR) at UVa. CSR is a full service academic survey research
facility offering customized project design, professional interviewing,
data collection, data analysis, and report preparation.
